San Elijo Rios trailhead pics 1

I did well to explore the new route. This time followed the map, decided to take the western route and walked up straight to the end, right up to the bridge on the left; and it paid dividends!!

I said I wanted to see shorebirds; aplenty at the end of the trail!  All kinds, so was busy watching and taking pics and videos lol.

I just moved inland, so should explore Elfin forest and Kit Carson park.  Really enjoyed San Elijo, heartily recommend to all hikers and birders!
