Quite productive, unlike last time. Mourning Doves were sickeningly abundant at the Park lol.
Went in at 8AM (since I renewed the membership, can't go in an hour earlier), and this time first walked the 'outer rim'. Around and above the Tule Pond, at the Fruit Trees saw PACKS of Bulbuls, there were SO many lol.
I think I even spotted 3 Parakeets, Yellow chevroned?(got the bird chklist from the Visitor Center, for free) on the way to Tule.
Saw like 2 species of Herons? And Cormorants too at the Lake. A lone Cinnamon Teal, and a surprise, a couple of Mandarin Ducks! Male and Female.
Hummingbirds as usual, and saw a white bird...first saw it atop the pine? tree upon entering, and then atop a cactus tree...can't say, should study Sibley..
Saw some thick billed birds..Finches? can't say..took pics though.
Spotted a Towhee at the Herb Garden, 3? species of Sparrows at the entrance to the succulent shop..
