Bolivar Flat - Day 3, morning
Maybe I shouldn't have come in the morning, but I just had to find that elusive Wilson's Plover. No dice. And it was even low tide, which means birds were dispersed far away lol.
Greater Yellowleg on Retillon Rd! Those shorebirds sure liked the asphalt, wondered why. I mean it was cold out there..! Barn Swallows were as usual flying everywhere, even beneath the car!
Least Tern on the background! Kinda endangered in the West, but you can still see them. Here, somewhat abundant. The bigger one is Black-bellied Plover. Peep on the right, probably Western Sandpiper(if not, Least). Was hoping to spot a Semipalmated Sandpiper, which is virtually identical to Western; not sure though.

Mottled Duck; another lifer! Quite similar to Mallards. Did I get this right though
